Directions: The dose of the multivitamin is 3 pills per day (1 month supply). If you are taking the Anti-age/Energy formula, the Antioxidant formula and the Multivitamin formula, (our recommendation) we suggest taking the supplements as follows: 1MVI;1Antioxidant;1 Anti-age in the AM and 2MVI and 1 Antioxidant in the PM If you cannot remember your evening dose, it is okay to take it all at once, however it is best if you can space out the dosing.   This supplement is unique in that it has combined vitamins, minerals and pine bark extract (made in a base of essential fatty acids) into one supplement.
